A full participation activity for TEAM moral through trust...

1.0 You guys run the show.  Everyone works together in an equal manner. We all paddle together. 

1.1 At the beginning of the day, all participants get in a big circle and memorize everyone's names. This is really fun, and is part of the success of our program  . Who's going to be the last person to say everyone's names? 1.2 Get the boats aired up and ready on the trailer.  Everyone takes part in blowing up the boats.  We either takes turns and watch each other, or have groups race in filling a raft.  This is always exciting.  Or we can do it  with an electric pump if needed.  It really depends on you.

1.3 Get your life vests and fit each other. It must be someone you don't know. So befriend them :o)  We will explain to you  how to fit a vest, prior to fitting another.

2.0 Get in your rafts.  Each trip will  swap participants around, raft-to-raft, three times in this program.

2.1 Gain Trust. 

2.2 Everyone jumps into the river.  Then as people get pulled in, everyone then takes turns pulled someone else back in the boat..  This is always a laugh.

2.3 We can all stand on the edge of the raft and hold each other up and then jump up and down to make the boat rock. This is fun and sometimes everyone falls in. 2.4  Huge splash wars with squirt guns and paddles. Arm your weapons!

3.0  Eat lunch and have a grape toss contest with someone you don't know.  Everyone likes the grape toss when "big air" is involved.

4.0 At the end of the trip we have everyone help each other over the stack of boats. The stack  is about 20 feet in the air, and are tightly secured.  This  is a hoot and we all take out picture after this enthusiastic and upbeat event.  :o)

5.0 Put the gear away and socialize.

    This program is $95.00 per person.
